Designed to simplify daily operations, Clinaid enables you to effortlessly record, assess, update, and share patient medical data during and after consultations—streamlining care and enhancing efficiency.
Project synopsis
Problem Statement: Based on UX research, doctors practicing in small towns and villages often face challenges in maintaining organized patient records. Without a digital system, accessing and updating medical data for future consultations becomes time-consuming and inefficient.
Goal Statement: The Clinaid app aims to help doctors digitally record and manage patient data efficiently.
By simplifying data entry and storage, it ensures quick access and easy updates during and after consultations.
This organized approach improves continuity of care and supports better decision-making in future consultations.
